About Sammy Sadaka
For more than 28 years, I’ve built my career in real estate around relationships, experience, and getting deals done. As Principal Broker and owner of Sadaka Realty LLC, I work in both commercial and residential real estate, representing buyers, sellers, investors, landlords, tenants, and business owners throughout Oregon.
My background is a little different from that of a traditional real estate broker. Before and throughout my real estate career, I spent decades in the restaurant and hospitality industry, working with both the front and back of the house. That experience taught me how businesses actually operate—from employees, customers and day-to-day management to kitchens, food costs, labor, leases, overhead and profitability. It has been especially valuable when representing restaurants and other owner-operated businesses because I understand the transaction from both the broker’s and the operator’s side of the table.
Over the years, my real estate work has grown to include commercial investments, retail, restaurants, industrial properties, multifamily, development land, agricultural properties, leasing, and residential sales. I enjoy complicated transactions and finding practical solutions when a deal doesn’t fit neatly into a box.
I’ve never believed that being a good broker is about simply putting up a sign or writing an offer. It’s about understanding what your client is trying to accomplish, protecting their interests, negotiating hard when necessary, and being there from the first conversation through closing.
I’ve been fortunate to build much of my business through long-term relationships, repeat clients, and referrals. Some clients have worked with me for many years, and I take that trust personally.
At the end of the day, I’m a businessman, a real estate broker, and someone who genuinely enjoys putting deals together. I believe in being straightforward, answering my phone, telling clients what I really think, and treating their money and property as seriously as I would my own.
